The next Merit badge Program for Athletics, Sports,
and Personal Fitness will begin in April 7, 2010 and will run for thirteen weeks straight. This means we will end
on June 30th. If you are unable to make the 13 week commitment you may enroll in our next program. (September)
Class will be at our Studio location 10601-L Tierrasanta Blvd., SD, 92124.
Guidelines to remember:
- This is a FREE Program (Yes you get 13 weeks of FREE Martial arts)
- A Gi (Karate Uniform) is required for this program along with the Studio patches,
you may purchase for $35 at our studio location.

Purpose of the USSD Boys Scout point System: The purpose of the USSD Boy Scout point system is to set a
standard for the Merit Badge program offered here at USSD Tierrasanta. It also allows for the recognition
of a Boy Scout Honor Graduate and to encourage friendly competition among the other scouts.
I – Attendance
Wednesday
class from 4:30-5:30 On time 1pt
II – Proper Uniform
A Clean odor free non wrinkled uniform
Uniform includes: GI, and Patches.
(A plain white T-shirt may be worn under GI,
but ONLY a plain white t-shirt, no POLO’s, black shirts or etc.)
Proper Uniform 1pt
III – Homework
Homework will be given out each class and will come from your Merit badge packets. All
assigned Homework completed 1pt
IV – Attitude
All scouts must come with a positive attitude ready to learn. Enthusiastic
and ready to learn 1pt
A perfect score for each class is 4pts. The
maximum points given for this program is 52 pts. The minimum passing score is 42 pts. Every
scout should strive for the perfect score!
Please
do not ask us to compromise the program. We have to follow certain rules in the program and its fair across the board.
